North Shore Alliance Church

reGenesis is a community of young adults connected to North Shore Alliance Church who find themselves in the "great transitions" of life.  Some are transitioning to life after high school; others are trying to find their way in a new career.  Some find themselves meeting the challenges of college; others are transitioning to life with new babies.  Through it all we are committed not only to one another, but to following Jesus.  Because of life's transitions we are continually meeting new people.  We'd love to get to know you too. reGenesis:gatherings - our young adult community meets the first Tuesday of every month: 7:30pm at North Shore Alliance Church.  

reGenesis:groups - Life is meant to be shared.  Small Groups are one way that people in reGenesis do just that.  Groups gather Tuesdays (except the first Tuesday of the month) to encourage and equip one another in our collective journey of faith and to be a support in the ups and downs of life.  Come, take your place in your own journey.

Jesus came announcing the Kingdom of God.  What he meant by this was that he came to put the world to rights.  He came to be the King of his creation, to restore it to its intended beauty.  When Jesus announced the Kingdom of God he was essentially saying, "God will no longer let brokenness win the day."  In the Kingdom things are the way they should be, un-broken and fully alive in relationship with the creator.  This is the Kingdom Jesus came to establish on earth, and like any kingdom this Kingdom has a particular shape.  That is, it looks and feels a certain way.  And people of the Kingdom are being ReShaped by it.  This is our focus for the year.  We desire to be a community ReShaped by God's Kingdom.  We want God to shape us around his Kingdom and his mission for a broken creation.  We want to be part of God's plan to restore beauty and wholeness back to all that he created!
