As part of the Transition Process, and in order to prepare well for our upcoming Lead Pastor search, we would greatly appreciate your input inour Church Health Assessment. The survey takes approximately 30 minutes, and your answers will be kept confidential by the Pathways Forward staff (Gerry Teichrob and his team). They will present a summary to the NSAC Board on an anonymous basis.
