The Bible stands at the centre of the Christian faith.  It informs everything we believe and do as God’s people.  But the Bible is sometimes difficult to understand and can feel overwhelming in the breadth of its content.  Moreover, Christians are often challenged to defend what the Bible says to a world opposed to its message.  Knowing God’s Word equips people to understand what the Bible actually says and how the book and its messages relate to this world.  Participants can expect to grow in confidence when speaking about the Bible and its messages to others.
