A group of 12 from NSAC are heading to Kenya this summer to work with Paul and Jina Lee (missionaries sent from NSAC with Missio Dei Discipleship Ministries). The team is raising funds for benevolence ministry with children and the elderly in Nairobi, and for school supplies, desks and benches in the remote village of Samburu.

Youth Campout for Grades 8 to 12
With its thick forests and glorious ocean sunsets, Rathtrevor Provincial Park in Parksville is the perfect place to get away for the weekend.  We'll stay as group in a campground just 5 minutes from a sun-baked beach! This place is fully equipped with showers and both flush and pit toilets.

Our next Lamplighters Luncheon will be held downstairs at NSAC on May 26th from 11:30am - 1:30pm. If you are 55 or older, you are welcome to join us! Judy Killeen will be our speaker.

Registration will take place May 11th & 18th in the foyer, before the 9am service and between the services. There will be no sign up the Sunday before the luncheon. The cost per person is $20. Please pay when you register. Friends are welcome, but please register them also.

Alpha has started but we still have room for more people to join. Please register ASAP!  Alpha is an opportunity to explore how the Christian Story addresses life's biggest questions. Each Alpha session includes a short video, time to connect, and plenty of time to discuss. The course is 11 sessions.

NSAC has an ESL Bible Study Group meeting Monday evenings in the lower meeting room from 5:30-7:00 pm.

Join us as a volunteer at FLO Camp, happening July 14–18, 2025 from 12:00–5:00 PM daily at Confederation Field (Carson Graham Secondary, North Vancouver). FLO Camp is an exciting week of soccer, fun, and mentorship for kids aged 7–14, and we need your help to make it unforgettable!

We’re looking for enthusiastic and responsible volunteers for roles such as:

• Support Role (check-in, equipment, logistic, first aid, etc.)
• Junior Coach (ages 15 or older; assist coaches and group leaders) interview required*
• Soccer Coach (community or FLO coaching experience required)
