 hop descriptions in the attached file below**\n \nIn this year where our 
 regular rhythms have been turned upside down and we may be tired\, weary a
 nd lonely -- Join us for a one day retreat where we will explore rhythms t
 hat open us to rest and delight in the Lord.\n\nTwo gifted and experienced
  spiritual directors will lead our sessions - Kirsten Rumary and Carrie Sc
 huliger.  Dayna Evanow will lead worship.\n\nIf you are an early bird\, y
 ou are invited to start the day with an optional prayer walk starting from
  the church at 7:30am!  The retreat will start at 9am with worship\, teac
 hing and workshops.  The afternoon is free for you to retreat\, rest\, be
  creative OR to meet other women at the church and divide into small group
 s for a guided walk along the Green Necklace (a longer and shorter route w
 ill be offered).  Our evening session of worship and teaching will begin 
 at 7:30pm. \nWe hope that you will set aside the day to join in ~ our des
 ire is to grow closer to God and to connect as a community.\n
