Join us for Sunday Services outdoors at 9 & 11 am on May 8th, 15th, and 22nd while our Sanctuary undergoes a much-needed lighting update.

You may choose to drive-in or walk-in for the services. Registration is not required.

Walk-in:

The front of the parking lot near the tent will be designated for walk-in seating.  We will have some folding chairs available, but please bring your own chair if you are able.  Remember to dress for the weather! Tents will be set up if it is raining.

Drive-in:

Drive-in participants will be directed to a parking spot by our attendants.  Watch the service from your vehicle and tune your radio to 87.9 FM to hear the service broadcast.

A few things to note:

• Please remember that vehicles are not allowed to idle (provincial law), so you may want to dress warmly or bring a blanket to keep warm.
• You will need a working radio (or download a radio app on your smartphone) tuned to 87.9 FM.
• Please bring your smallest vehicle.  Larger vehicles will park at the back to improve sightlines for everyone (parking attendants will direct this on Sunday morning).
• If you have an electric vehicle you may want to bring an extension cord or use a portable radio rather than your car radio so that your battery isn't drained by the end of the service.

Important Service Details:

• Children's programming will continue as normal at both the 9 & 11 am services.  Please check-in your children before the service starts. The nursery (0-24m) is on the main floor and kids age 2yrs to Grade 4 check in at the bottom of the main stairway to the lower auditorium. 
• Our outdoor services will be shortened to approximately 45 minutes to allow for extra transition time between the services.
• Following the services, we will continue to have refreshments and fellowship in the parking lot.  Prayer ministry will also be available during this time.
• Washrooms will be available inside the church building.

We will have a pre-recorded service available for those who are unable to join us in person at the Outdoor Services.  You can watch online on Sunday mornings at 9 & 11 am at www.nsac.bc.ca/live

NSAC has an ESL Bible Study meeting every Saturday morning at 10am.

Come expecting to build friendships within the church community while learning English through Bible Study! 

Anyone 18+ is welcome to attend. Please bring yourself, something to write on, and something to write with.

Meet at the foot passenger area at Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal at 5pm.
We will be taking the 5:45pm ferry to Nanaimo (bring money for dinner on the ferry $$). 

RETURN:
Sunday June 5th, 2022 on the 3:10pm ferry from Nanaimo.
Parents should pick up up at the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal at 5:00pm.

COST: $80.00

Cancellation Policy:
The cost includes a $40 non-refundable fee.  
If cancelled before May 15th, a 50% refund will be offered.
If cancellation is made after May 20th, the registration will be considered 100% non-refundable.

Registration closes at midnight on Monday May 30th.

VISION AND TEAM:

Since mission trips have been on hiatus since COVID, Green Bay Bible Camp is opening up a new way for youth groups to do a trip together that has mission trip elements. This opportunity will provide discipleship training through loving service!
 
Pastor Brendan is looking for 8-10 grade 10-12 students to serve with on this week long trip!

DETAILS:

• The Green Bay Summer Pursuit dates are July 17 - 23, 2022.
• Cost will be somewhere between $50.00 - $150.00,  but will depend primarily on how fundraising goes!

We are grateful to you, and to God, for the ongoing generosity of your giving.  At the end of the 2021 calendar year, we received some unexpected financial gifts.  We will be seeking God’s direction in how to use these funds to further the ministry of North Shore Alliance both locally and globally.
