Dads & Kids Hot Wheels DaySaturday, January 21, 2023 Join other dads and bring your kids (ages 0-12ish) out for a morning activity together, giving mom a morning to herself. Our next event is Saturday, January 21st, starting at 9:30 am. Bring your own cars (make sure to label them) and join us to build 1 km of Hot Wheels track in the church lower auditorium! Lamplighters LuncheonMonday, January 30, 2023 Our next Lamplighters Luncheon will be held downstairs at NSAC on January 30, 2023. If you are 55 or older, you are welcome to join us from 11:30am - 1:30pm. Our speaker will be Connie Simington. Registration and payment will take place January 15th & 22nd in the foyer, before the start of each service. There will be no sign up the Sunday before the luncheon. The cost per person is $20. North Shore Community Christmas Dinner 2022 Recap!
On Saturday, December 17, NSAC hosted the annual North Shore Community Christmas Dinner at Carson Graham Secondary. Featuring fine entertainment, a delicious turkey dinner, and thousands of dollars worth of gifts and door prizes, a great time was had by all. 317 people attended the dinner and over 300 volunteers helped make it happen. Thank you for your generous support of this vital community event that embodies the mission of Jesus in our city! Harvest Project - Positions Available
Are you interested in making a meaningful difference in the lives of people in our North Shore community? Would you enjoy praying for them and supporting them in their journey? If so, this opportunity may be perfect for you! Harvest Project brings transformative change into the lives of struggling community members through monthly coaching and goal setting as well as providing nutritious food, clothing, emotional and spiritual support and much more. Our mission is to “Extend a Hand Up, Not a Hand-Out,” helping to restore our neighbours to health and stability. We are looking for some new team members to join us. We have a role for Client Care Partners that we will be filling with both a paid, full time position as well as with part-time volunteers.
