The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on
Sunday, October 18th, at 1:00pm in the Church Sanctuary.
The business of the meeting will include: the presentation of the financial statements, the election of Elders, the election of lay members to the Nominating Committee, and voting on a resolution to amend the Constitution and Bylaws. There will also be an opportunity for questions following the business of the meeting.
The 2026 Annual Report, Reviewed Financial Statements, and documents related to the proposed Constitution and Bylaws updates will be emailed to the Membership list on Sunday. Printed copies will be available upon request. Contact the church office at info@nsac.bc.ca or 604-984-6422.
