Youth Rathtrevor Campout

With its thick forests and glorious ocean sunsets, Rathtrevor Provincial Park in Parksville is the perfect place to get away for the weekend. We'll stay as a group campground just 5 minutes from a sun-baked beach! This place is fully equipped with showers and both flush and pit toilets.

MEET:
Friday May 29th, 2026
Meet at the foot passenger area at Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal at 5:20pm.
We will be taking the 6:20pm ferry to Nanaimo (bring money for dinner on the ferry $$). 

RETURN:
Sunday May 31st, 2026 on the 4pm ferry from Nanaimo.
Parents should pick up up at the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal at 5:45pm.

COST: $90.00

Cancellation Policy:
The cost includes a $40 non-refundable fee.  
If cancelled before May 8th, a 50% refund will be offered.
If cancellation is made after May 22nd, the registration will be considered 100% non-refundable.

Registration closes at midnight on Wednesday, May 27th.

Bathing Suit, Towel and SUNSCREEN!
Warm clothing for campfire sessions.
Frisbee, Football, Guitar, etc
Bible, Journal and Pen
Labelled Water bottle and coffee cup.
Money for Friday Dinner + snacks on the ferry.
No drugs, alcohol, vapes or cigarettes.
We can not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged electronic devices.
