John Sawyer is the house manager of our NSAC Community House providing affordable housing in a healthy Family like community and environment to assist men in our community in healing and moving forward with the support from our congregation, CMHA and Health Connections.
John has the passion for serving the needs of the North Shore marginalize through walking alongside men who are struggling with poverty, mental health and homelessness.
Our mission is to provide an affordable safe environment in the North Shore so our community house residents can continue to move forward in their recovery physically,mentally ,emotionally and spiritually. Also includes a Circle of Care for the individual that helps them maintain their housing and improve their wellbeing. This includes access to mental and physical health care, and the opportunity to develop meaningful community connections.
