Join others in our church community to read through the Bible in one year.

The Bible with Nicky and Pippa Gumbel is a daily plan that takes you through the whole Bible in just one year. It’s for anyone looking for a simple, structured way to read the Bible. Each day is broken down into short, bitesize readings: one Psalm or Proverb, one Old, and one New Testament reading, alongside commentary and practical insights from Nicky and Pippa.

On Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:30am, women of all ages come together in order to study the Bible, encourage and support one another, pray together, and celebrate the God-given uniqueness of being a woman. 

Our next Connect study, "Heaven: When Faith Becomes Sight" by Jennifer Rothschild, will begin on Wednesday, January 7th. Cost: $25. New participants are welcome!

Alpha is an opportunity to explore life, faith, and God in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. Each Alpha session includes a short video, time to connect, and plenty of time to discuss questions like:  What is my purpose?  Is Jesus still relevant?  Is God present in my loneliness?  How can I have hope?

Thursdays, January 8th - March 12th

Our 2026 Young Adult's Retreat will be held January 9th - 11th at Loon Lake Lodge.
Come join us! In this season, let's reorient towards Jesus and ground ourselves again in him. 

We'll carpool to Loon Lake, where we'll stay for 2 nights. There will be  prayer, worship, and free time to explore + Lake-side Sauna and cold plunging! Meals and accommodation provided. The plan is to be there by 6:00pm for dinner on Friday night.

Anyone age 18 - 25 is welcome to attend!

Would you like to learn more about mental health? Would you value connecting with others? Sign up for The Sanctuary Course and explore a topic that is more relevant than ever. Topics covered include: mental health and mental illness, stigma, the recovery journey, companionship, self-care, and the role of community. Each theme is covered from a psychological, social, and theological angle, and each session includes a short film that tells the story of a person of faith with mental health challenges.

Join Michelle and Naomi for a 5 week study of "Little Habits, Big Faith" by Christie Thomas to encourage one another in our journey of Christian parenting. 

Tuesday evenings, 7:00 - 8:30 pm from January 13th to February 10th at North Shore Alliance Church.

On Saturday, December 13th, 415 guests attended the annual North Shore Community Christmas Dinner.  All who came enjoyed a delicious Christmas meal with all the fixings beautifully served in a festive atmosphere.  This event is the highlight of their year for many vulnerable people in our city.  

We would like to extend a huge thank you to our church community for your generous support, time and willingness to help with the Christmas Dinner. Thank you for reflecting Christ’s love through your actions!

Project Samuel's Share the Future fundraiser will be on Saturday, February 28th, from 7-11 pm at the Eagles Club (170 3rd Street W, North Vancouver). Tickets go on sale January 1, 2026. Funds raised will go towards university education costs for the kids at Project Samuel Zambia.

Please note, the church office is closed December 25 - January 4. 
- Donations can be made in-person on Sunday, December 28th (one 10am service).
- Mailed donations must be received by the church office or be postmarked no later than December 31, 2025.
- PayPal and e-transfer donations can be made until midnight PST on December 31st.
