This week, our Youth and Young Adult Missions Team departed for Zambia to serve alongside NSAC missionaries Kim and Brenden Vowell at Project Samuel.

We invite you to keep the team in your prayers! Please pray for safe travels, good health, protection, strength, and unity as they serve together. Above all, pray that Jesus would be clearly proclaimed through their words and actions, and that God would work powerfully in and through them during their time in Zambia.

NSA Kids and preteens are invited to join us at The Outdoor Experience for a fun morning together. Bring food and snacks for your family, and book your own tickets. Booking opens on August 12th on the Township of Langley website. Parent/guardian participation required.

In loving remembrance of Patty Mears, there will be a Celebration of Life service on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 1:00pm at North Shore Alliance Church. Reception to follow.

We extend heartfelt condolences to Patty's family and friends, and pray that God's loving presence will bring you comfort and peace.

9 AM SERVICE: Babies through Grade 4 are welcome downstairs for NSA Kids church as normal.

11 AM SERVICE: Children will join their families in the main service upstairs. Activity sheets will be available to help keep kids engaged during the service.  

We'll be back to our regular schedule on Sunday, September 6, with NSA Kids available at both the 9 am & 11 am services.

Are you 55+ ? We invite you to join us for lunch, fellowship, a speaker and a few songs at our Lamplighters Luncheon on Monday, August 31st. It's a great way to meet new people and catch up with others! 

The menu for this month is sandwiches and salad. Tickets ($15) are a must for all attendees. They can be purchased in the foyer on Aug 16th & 23rd before and after the 9 am service. If these times are a challenge for you, you can book a spot by emailing Anita at odoo@shaw.ca before 7 pm on Monday, Aug 24th. Friends are welcome, but they must also be registered in advance.

All students in Grades 8 to 12... Join us for an incredible weekend at Green Bay Bible Camp from September 18–20, 2026!

We'll meet at the church at 4:00pm on Friday, and travel by charter bus to Westbank. Our return is anticipated to be around 7:30pm on Sunday.

Cost: $180 per student (scholarships are available—contact Megan if needed). This includes transportation, accommodation, meals at Green Bay, wakeboarding/tubing, and all retreat activities.

You will also need to bring around $30 cash for Friday and Sunday dinners, and any additional snacks you want on the road.

Registration closes on Wednesday September 16th at midnight, but please sign up long before then! Space is limited.

At NSA Kids, we want to grow in our friendship with Jesus and with one another through engaging Bible stories, worship, games, prayer, and plenty of fun. And yes—there are yummy snacks too!

All children from Nursery to Grade 4 are welcome. Our children's area is located downstairs, and check-in opens 10 minutes before the service starts. For your child's safety, access to the children's area is through the main foyer only.
