Monthly Missions Spotlight

NSAC and Lazarus Community Society (LCS) with the full support of it’s congregation provides supportive housing for 13 individuals living in four rental homes on the North Shore.

In partnership with CMHA and Health Connections, the Community Houses provide supportive housing that incorporates a holistic view of health and wellness; including access to mental, physical, and spiritual healthcare, and the opportunity to develop a meaningful community connection. The organization’s motto is: Transformation Through Community!

Prayer Requests:  

• Please pray that the residents will have the skills & resources to fully integrate into the community, displaying the fruit of the spirit as listed in Galatians 5:22
• Pray that God’s spirit will open John’s eyes to see the truth of His word in a way that will have a transforming impact on how he relates with the men in the Community Houses.
• For peace and harmony in the Community Houses.  
• Pray that the leaders and Pastors of the Community Houses would be able to extend God’s love to all that they touch.
