Alpha OnlineMonday or Thursday Nights - Thursday, October 14, 2021 Sign up now for Alpha Online! There are two groups being offered this fall: Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. In Alpha topics such as "Who is Jesus?" "How does God guide Us?" "How can I be sure of my faith" are addressed. This is a great place to come and ask questions with other seekers or new Christians. The course is 11 sessions and includes an intriguing video presentation and small group discussion. This year we are offering Alpha online only. Alpha is 100% free for participants. AGM 2021Sunday, October 17, 2021 The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be on Sunday, October 17th at 7pm, in the Sanctuary. Business at the AGM will include the presentation of financial statements, election of elders, and election of nominating committee members. The 2021 Annual Report and Reviewed Financial Statements were emailed to the Membership list and there are printed copies available at the church. The Elders Board candidates up for election are: Brad Boyd, Travis Guenther, Sofia Kennedy, and Craig Timm. Their biographies, along with those of the elders in the middle of their service term, are available in the Annual Report. |

Environmental Justice Community Action GroupSaturday, October 16, 2021 Mission: to help NSAC more faithfully embody the Christian calling to care for creation and, by extension, marginalized peoples who will be most effected by the climate and biodiversity crises. Mini Men's Retreat 2021Saturday, October 23, 2021 Our 2021 Mini Men's Retreat will be held on October 23rd, from 3-7 pm at North Shore Alliance Church. Guys, join us for a time of worship, teaching, and fun at the Mini Men's Retreat. This retreat will help men make connections with one another over dinner, discussion, - or even axe throwing! - and provide opportunities to grow in relationship with God and each other. Youth Laser Tag NightSaturday, October 30, 2021 We're going to laserdome!!! There are two time slots. Please sign up for one or the other (7 or 8pm). Make sure to sign up for the same time slot as your friends! There are 25 spots max for each slot. Dress up, but make sure a vest can fit over your costume! Pickup will be at Laserdome! NSA Kids | Thankfulness PartyFor children ages 2 through Grade 4 - Sunday, October 31, 2021 Hey Kids! Come join us during the NSA Kids Sunday AM services (either 9 am or 11 am) on October 31st for our Thankfulness Party! Enjoy crafts, games, a Bible story, and LOTS of FUN! Please enter through the doors off St. Georges Street, bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Vancouver Food Bank, AND wear your favourite costume if you want. Kids ages 2 through Grade 4 are welcome! No Registration Required. |
