Business at the AGM will include the presentation of financial statements, election of elders, and election of nominating committee members. The 2024 Annual Report and Reviewed Financial Statements has been emailed to the Membership list and printed copies are available at the Welcome Desk.

The Nominating Committee presents three new candidates for the position of NSAC Elder: Wendy Cheng, John Elliott, and Dev Hildebrand; and one current Elder up for re-election to another two years of service: Clive Harvey. Their biographies, along with those of the elders in the middle of their service term, are available in the Annual Report.

Join us for our NSA Kids Family Potluck evening! This is a wonderful chance for our church families to connect with one another and have fun together. Bring a dish to share (nut-free) that your family loves. We will enjoy a potluck style dinner, and then play some games together.

Chef Andrew Philippov and team are cooking up a limited batch of 200 soups for the fall season as a fundraiser to support Paul and Jina as they serve in Kenya.  Soups will be prepared and frozen in 32oz (946mL) containers. Cost: $12 each.

Order online now and pick up on your chosen date (Oct 27 or Nov 17) at North Shore Alliance Church following the services.

Gentlemen, join us for a weekend of worship, teaching, feasting, rest, and fun! It's a great time to go deeper with God and with each other. 

Our 2024 Men's Retreat will be held November 1-3 at Camp Squeah in Hope, BC (new location this year). Come spend a weekend getting away from the city and connecting with other guys in our community. 

Cost is $200.  Scholarships are available. Early Bird discount ($15 off) is available until October 10th.

Cancellation Policy: 
$80 is non-refundable if you cancel after October 23rd. No refunds after November 1st.

Our next Lamplighters Luncheon will be held downstairs at NSAC on October 28, 2024 from 11:30am - 1:30pm. If you are 55 or older, you are welcome to join us! Gary Watt will be our speaker.

Registration will take place October 13th & 20th in the foyer, before the 9am service and between the services. There will be no sign up the Sunday before the luncheon. The cost per person is $20. Please pay when you register. Friends are welcome, but please register them also.

NEXT MONTH:  
Our final luncheon for 2024 will be a fully catered turkey dinner with a Christmas theme on Monday, November 25th.  For this event tickets will be $25.  There will be no December luncheon.

Connect at Night is for all women who regularly attend NSAC.  Our next gathering is Monday, October 28th, 7-8:30pm at the church.

There will be time to connect with other women, hear stories of "Resilient Faith", and share in small groups. We hope you'll join us, and please bring your favourite mug!
