Interim Worship Arts Director or Pastor
North Shore Alliance Church is seeking an Interim Worship Arts Director or Worship Arts Pastor for a one-year term. The specific title will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, licensing status, and experience.
This interim role offers an opportunity to provide steady and thoughtful leadership to the Worship Arts Ministry during a planned season of parental leave. The successful candidate will ensure continuity in both musical leadership and spiritual care for volunteers, help sustain healthy ministry rhythms while further developing leaders, and support meaningful congregational worship.
